  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted and destemmed
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium banana

Greens

  • 1 cup kale and baby spinach, packed (1/2 cup each)

Liquids and Dairy

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup water, as desired for thickness

Additional Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • Honey, as desired for sweetness

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash fresh cherries, strawberries, kale, and baby spinach thoroughly. Pit and destem the cherries if using fresh. Peel the banana.
  2. Add ingredients to blender: Place cherries, strawberries, kale, spinach, banana, coconut milk, plain yogurt, flax seeds, and honey into the blender. Add 1/2 cup of water to start, adjusting later for desired consistency.
  3. Blend until smooth: Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, gradually add more water until your preferred thickness is achieved.
  4. Serve chilled: Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately while cold and refreshing.
