Garlic Aioli Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 large garlic clove, grated
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 400ºF (200ºC) to warm up while you prepare the artichokes.
  2. Prepare Artichokes: Drain the canned artichoke hearts well. If whole, cut them in half. Use paper towels to pat them dry gently, removing excess moisture for better crisping.
