Seasoning Mix:

  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Nuts:

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 pound unroasted, unsalted peanuts
  • 1 pound unroasted, unsalted cashews

Instructions

  1. Preheat Smoker: Preheat smoker to 250 degrees Fahrenheit according to manufacturer’s directions.
  2. Mix Seasonings: In a large bowl, combine seasoned salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and melted butter.
  3. Coat Nuts: Add peanuts and cashews to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Smoke: Spread the nuts in a roasting pan and place in the smoker. Smoke for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  5. Cool and Store: Remove from smoker and let nuts cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container.
