Ingredients

Red Onion:

1 small (thinly sliced)

Dried Cherries:

½ cup

Pecans:

1/3 cup

Goat Cheese:

1/3 cup (crumbled herb goat cheese)

Lemon Juice:

Juice from 1 lemon

Olive Oil:

1/2 cup

Cherry Preserves:

2 tablespoons

Fresh Raspberries:

½ cup

Red Wine Vinegar:

1/4 cup


Instructions

  1. Prepare Greens: Place mixed greens in a large platter or bowl.
  2. Top with apples, onions, cherries, pecans, and goat cheese. Squeeze lemon juice over the salad.
