Avocado Spread:

- 1 tbsp chopped basil

- 1 cherry tomato, thinly chopped

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Additional Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices bread
- Olives, for serving

Instructions
- Toast the Bread: Toast your favorite bread until golden brown.
- Prepare Avocado Spread: Mash the ripe avocado in a bowl and mix in basil, red pepper flakes, cherry tomato, and garlic or scallions (if using).
- Scramble Eggs: In a pan, scramble the eggs until just set, being careful not to overcook.
- Assemble: Spread the avocado mixture onto the toast. Top with scrambled eggs (1 egg per slice) and season with red pepper flakes and black pepper. Serve with olives and salad on the side.
