Instructions
- Sauté the Vegetables: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and cook onions and peppers until softened. Add mushrooms, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the Dough: Stretch or roll out the dough on a baking sheet, then bake until lightly golden.
- Assemble the Appetizer: Spread the sautéed vegetables on the pre-baked dough, top with mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, and roasted red peppers.
- Bake: Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
