For the Salmon:
- ⅔ lb salmon (cut in bite-size pieces)
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 Tbsp chili flakes
- 0.5 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 0.5 Tbsp butter
For the Ginger Avocado Salsa:
- 0.5 medium-sized cucumber (finely chopped)
- 0.5 red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 avocado (peeled, de-seeded and finely chopped)
- 2 tsp ginger (finely grated)
- ⅔ cup fresh cilantro (chopped, loosely packed)
- 1.5 limes (juice of, according to taste)
- 1 tsp honey
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes (adjust to heat and taste)
- 0.5 tsp salt (according to taste)
Additional Ingredients:
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 2 handfuls arugula (or other leafy greens)
- ⅔ cups greek yoghurt (or other natural yoghurt)
- 3 lime wedges
Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon: Mix the salmon with the chili flakes and salt. Set aside to let the flavors set, for about 10 minutes.
- Make the Ginger Avocado Salsa: Mix all the salsa ingredients in a bowl, taste test, and adjust the seasoning. Set aside to rest for at least 10 minutes.
- Cook the Salmon: Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and butter. Cook salmon for a few minutes until done to your liking.
- Assemble the Tacos: Place arugula, cooked salmon, salsa, and yogurt on a tortilla. Serve with lime wedges.

- You can customize the heat level of the salsa by adjusting the amount of chili flakes.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings like cheese or hot sauce to the tacos.
