Rose Syrup:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup edible dried rose buds

Lemonade:

  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice (juice from 8 lemons)
  • 6 cups still or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Rose Syrup: Heat 1 cup water in a small saucepan until boiling. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Lower the heat and add the rose buds. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool. For more flavor, leave the rose buds in the syrup to infuse. Strain the syrup before using.
  2. Lemonade: Combine lemon juice, water, and rose syrup. Mix well.
  3. Serve: Fill glasses with ice, pour in the rose lemonade, and garnish with lemon slices and rose buds.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less rose syrup.
