  1. Prepare the Pumpkin: Clean the pumpkin by deseeding it and cutting it into wedges with the skin on. Steam the pumpkin pieces for about 15 minutes or until the pumpkin becomes soft and tender.
  2. Blend the Pumpkin: Once cooled enough to handle, scoop the pumpkin flesh out from the skin using a spoon. Blend the pumpkin flesh until it becomes smooth and lump-free.
  3. Cook the Jam: In a pot, combine the blended pumpkin, Yakult, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Stir the mixture well and bring it to a boil over medium heat. Lower the heat and keep stirring consistently for 20 to 25 minutes until the mixture thickens to a jam-like consistency.
  4. Store the Jam: Pour the hot jam into a clean, sterilized jar. Allow it to cool completely at room temperature before sealing and refrigerating. Serve chilled or at room temperature on your favorite breads or desserts.
