Ingredients for Mongolian Beef:

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the steak: Cut the flank steak into thin strips.
  2. Preheat the air fryer: Set the air fryer to 400 degrees F and preheat for 3 minutes.
  3. Coat the beef: Toss the beef strips in corn starch. Place the coated beef in the air fryer basket and cook at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes or until crispy.
