Oreo White Chocolate Fudge Recipe

  • Author: Jack
  • Total Time: 24 hours 17 minutes (including chilling)
  • Yield: Approximately 36 pieces 1x

Description

This Oreo White Chocolate Fudge is a rich, creamy treat combining smooth white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and crunchy Oreo cookies. Perfectly sweet and easy to make, it’s a no-bake dessert that sets in the fridge for a delightful texture contrast between creamy fudge and cookies.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • 2 bags (12 oz each) white chocolate chips
  • 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Add-ins

  • 1 package family size Oreos (about 6 rows in total)

Instructions

  1. Melt Chocolate and Butter: Pour the white chocolate chips into a deep microwave-safe bowl. Add the sliced unsalted butter on top. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and stir well to combine.
  2. Microwave in Intervals: Microwave the mixture on 50% power or defrost setting for 3 minutes, then stir thoroughly. Continue microwaving for 2 more minutes at the same power, stir again. After that, microwave in 1-minute intervals, stirring each time, until all the chocolate and butter are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Prepare Oreos and Mix: Chop two rows of Oreo cookies into small pieces. Add the vanilla extract and salt to the melted chocolate mixture and fold in the chopped Oreos until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour into Pan: Line a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  5. Add Oreo Topping: Chop four more Oreo cookies and sprinkle the pieces evenly over the top of the fudge, pressing them gently into the surface to adhere.
  6. Chill to Set: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and chill for 24 hours, allowing the fudge to firm up completely.
  7. Cut and Store: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper edges. Cut into desired portion sizes. Store pieces in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.

Notes

  • Use a deep microwave-safe bowl to prevent spills while melting the chocolate.
  • Stirring at intervals is key to avoid burning the white chocolate during microwaving.
  • Make sure to chill the fudge for a full 24 hours for proper setting and best texture.
  • Store the fudge refrigerated to maintain freshness and prevent melting.
  • For an extra twist, you can add a pinch of sea salt on top before chilling for a salted chocolate flavor.
