  • 2 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1 15-oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 15-oz can petite diced tomatoes (don’t drain)
  • 1 1/2 cup macaroni noodles (uncooked)
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot or skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion, bell pepper, and ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add macaroni noodles and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally.
