- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup chopped green bell peppers
- ½ cup diced onions
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
For the Nacho Cheese Mixture:
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilis)
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
- 4 large flour tortilla wraps
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (for serving)
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Sauté Vegetables: Add chopped onions and peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 4 minutes until softened.
- Add Seasoning: Stir in the taco seasoning and mix until combined.
- Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, mix the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce until well blended.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay out the tortillas. Spoon a line of the nacho cheese mixture down the center of each one. Top with the seasoned beef mixture, sour cream, additional onions/peppers, and crushed Doritos.
- Roll Up Wraps: Fold in the sides and roll up each wrap like a burrito.
- Toast Wraps: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap until golden and crispy on both sides.
