- 2 to 4 teaspoons matcha powder, divided
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup hot water, divided

Base:
- 2 cups oat milk (or almond milk)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Tapioca Pearls: Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add tapioca pearls and cook according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and divide into glasses.
- Sweeten Boba: Add maple syrup to each glass and stir. Allow to marinate for 15-30 minutes.
