Brussels Sprouts:
- 16 oz Brussels sprouts
Marinade:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
For Baking:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
Instructions
- Prep the Brussels: Wash, dry, trim, and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Season & Marinate: Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and maple syrup.
- Preheat & Heat the Tray: Preheat oven to 390°F. Grease baking tray with sunflower oil and heat in the oven.
- Roast to Perfection: Place sprouts cut side down on hot tray, drizzle with olive oil, and roast.
- Finish & Serve: Roast until crispy, then serve warm.
Notes
- Make sure the tray is hot before placing the Brussels sprouts for that extra crispiness.
- If desired, you can sprinkle some additional salt or maple syrup before serving.
