Brussels Sprouts:

  • 16 oz Brussels sprouts

Marinade:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

For Baking:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the Brussels: Wash, dry, trim, and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  2. Season & Marinate: Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and maple syrup.
  3. Preheat & Heat the Tray: Preheat oven to 390°F. Grease baking tray with sunflower oil and heat in the oven.
  4. Roast to Perfection: Place sprouts cut side down on hot tray, drizzle with olive oil, and roast.
  5. Finish & Serve: Roast until crispy, then serve warm.

Notes

  • Make sure the tray is hot before placing the Brussels sprouts for that extra crispiness.
  • If desired, you can sprinkle some additional salt or maple syrup before serving.
