Fluff Salad:

  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract, optional
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 18 ounces fresh blueberries
  • Fresh lemon zest, optional, for garnish
  • Sliced almonds, for topping, optional

Instructions

  1. Beat Cream Cheese and Sugar: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer on medium-high speed until smooth.
  2. Fold in Whipped Topping and Lemon: Gently fold in the whipped topping, lemon juice, and lemon extract with a rubber spatula until combined.
  3. Add Blueberries and Marshmallows: Add the fresh blueberries and marshmallows and continue to fold it all together and coat in the cream mixture.
