Almond Coffee Base
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 4 cups Milk
- 1/4 cup Rice Flour
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

Instructions
- Boil Almonds: Boil the almonds in water for 2 minutes to soften their skins and prepare them for grinding.
- Grind Almonds: Peel the boiled almonds, then grind them in a food processor or mortar until granules reach about 2-3 millimeters in diameter, providing texture and flavor.
- Heat Milk and Sugar: In a pot, combine 3 cups of the milk with the granulated sugar and heat over medium until it reaches a boil, stirring continuously to dissolve the sugar.
- Remove from Heat: Once boiling, remove the pot from the heat temporarily to prepare the rice flour mixture.
- Dissolve Rice Flour: In the remaining cup of milk, dissolve the rice flour completely to avoid lumps, then add this mixture back into the hot milk while stirring.
- Cook Almond Coffee Mixture: Return the pot to the heat, add the ground almonds, and stir continuously until the mixture thickens to the desired consistency.
- Add Spices: Stir in ground cinnamon and ground cardamom according to your preferred taste to enhance the aromatic profile of the drink.
- Serve: Pour the hot almond coffee into serving cups carefully.
- Garnish: Sprinkle additional ground cinnamon and slivered almonds on top as a garnish to add flavor and texture.
