Instructions

  2. Prepare the lobster tails: Split the tails lengthwise, brush with the herb butter sauce.

  4. Grill the lobster tails: Place flesh-side down over direct heat for 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
