Herb Butter Sauce:

- 2 lobster tails, split lengthwise
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the herb butter sauce: In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Prepare the lobster tails: Split the tails lengthwise, brush with the herb butter sauce.
- Preheat the grill: Heat the grill to 400°F (200°C).
- Grill the lobster tails: Place flesh-side down over direct heat for 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
- Finish and serve: Drizzle with remaining sauce, serve hot with lemon wedges.
