Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients including almond milk, ground flaxseed, maca powder (if using), ground cinnamon, Medjool date, banana, cavolo nero or spinach, and almond butter.
- Add Liquid and Powders: Pour 250ml of almond milk into a high-speed blender. Add 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed, 1 teaspoon of maca powder if desired, and a pinch of ground cinnamon into the blender with the milk.
- Combine Remaining Ingredients: Add the stoned Medjool date, small ripe banana, a handful of cavolo nero or spinach, and 1 tablespoon of almond butter to the blender with the liquid and powders.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blitz all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, ensuring all solids are well incorporated.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately for optimal freshness and nutrient retention.
