Description

This Fresh Berry Parfait is a quick and easy no-cook dessert or breakfast parfait perfect for berry lovers. It layers fresh raspberries and blueberries with a touch of agave syrup, crunchy belVita® Breakfast Biscuits, and creamy mixed berry yogurt to create a delicious and healthy treat that requires no baking or cooking.

  • 1/2 package fresh raspberries (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1/2 package fresh blueberries (about 3/4 cup)

Sweetener

  • 1 dash agave syrup (approximately 1 teaspoon)

Other Ingredients

  • BelVita® Breakfast Biscuits, to taste (about 2-3 biscuits)
  • Mixed berry yogurt, to taste (about 1/2 cup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Raspberries: Place the fresh raspberries at the bottom of a jar or serving glass. Add a dash of agave syrup over them. Use a spoon to gently crush the raspberries and mix them together with the agave syrup for a sweetened berry base.
  2. Add Biscuits and Yogurt: Layer belVita® Breakfast Biscuits over the crushed raspberries to add a crunchy texture. Spoon a generous amount of mixed berry yogurt on top of the biscuits to add creaminess to the parfait.
  3. Top with Blueberries and More Biscuits: Scatter fresh blueberries on top of the yogurt layer. Add a few more belVita® Breakfast Biscuits on the final layer for extra crunch. The parfait is now ready to serve and enjoy immediately.
