This Easy Baked Ravioli Lasagna recipe is a delicious twist on traditional lasagna, using cheese ravioli for a quick and flavorful dish.

- 1 pound lean ground beef (90/10)
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 25 oz jar marinara sauce
- 20 oz package refrigerated cheese ravioli (I like Rana 4 Cheese Ravioli)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Assemble the lasagna in a 9×9-inch baking dish in this order:
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks.
Spread ¼ of the marinara sauce on the bottom. Add half the ravioli in a single layer. Add half of the cooked ground beef. Sprinkle with ½ cup mozzarella cheese. Spoon another ¼ of the sauce on top. Add the remaining ravioli in a single layer. Top with the rest of the beef. Pour on the remaining sauce. Finish with the remaining 1½ cups mozzarella cheese.
