Ingredients
Scale
For the Cucumber Gimlet:

- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice

- 2 ounces gin (preferably Hendrick’s)

- Strain and Garnish: Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass. Add the cucumber ribbon and mint leaves for garnish.
- Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup according to your taste preferences.
- For a stronger cucumber flavor, let the cucumber slices infuse in the gin for a few hours before making the cocktail.
