- 2 cups uncooked spaghetti noodles

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 32 oz package low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Prepare the Vegetables – Place a large pot over medium-high heat, add olive oil, sauté onion, carrots, and celery until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
