  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Meat Sauce:

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce

Toppings:

  • Sour Cream & Chives

Instructions

  1. Prep The Potatoes – Preheat oven. Wash, cut, season, and bake potatoes until golden and crispy.
  2. Make the Meat Sauce – Sauté onion, pepper, cook ground beef, add tomato paste, spices, and simmer with tomato sauce.
  3. Let’s Melt Some Cheese – Heat milk, add grated cheese, hot sauce, and cook until smooth and creamy.
  4. Assemble Everything Together! – Layer potatoes, top with meat sauce, pour cheese sauce over, garnish with sour cream & chives.
