- 2 tbsp butter (melted)

- 3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Prep the Dough & Cheese: Allow the pizza dough to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. Cut each mozzarella stick into 4 pieces. Roll out the dough and cut it into 24 squares.
- Assemble the Tree: Place a mozzarella cube in the center of each dough square. Fold the edges over the cheese, pinch closed, and roll into balls. Arrange them on a baking sheet in a tree shape.
- Egg Wash & Bake: Whisk the egg yolks, brush the dough balls, and bake at 390°F (190°C) for 16-18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Finishing Touch: Brush the warm rolls with melted butter, parsley, and Parmesan.
