Chill out with a refreshing glass of homemade Chamomile Iced Tea. This soothing beverage is perfect for relaxing on a hot day or winding down in the evening.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chamomile tea sachets (or 1 tablespoon loose tea)
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Put Tea Sachets and Hot Water: Place tea sachets and ½ cup hot water in a teapot.
  2. Steep the Tea: Cover and steep for 5 minutes at 195°F. For a stronger taste, steep for 10 – 15 minutes.
  3. Add Cold Water: Remove tea sachets and add ½ cup cold water. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve: Pour the chilled tea over a cup of ice and enjoy!
