- 2 chamomile tea sachets (or 1 tablespoon loose tea)
- ½ cup hot water
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Put Tea Sachets and Hot Water: Place tea sachets and ½ cup hot water in a teapot.
- Steep the Tea: Cover and steep for 5 minutes at 195°F. For a stronger taste, steep for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Add Cold Water: Remove tea sachets and add ½ cup cold water. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Serve: Pour the chilled tea over a cup of ice and enjoy!
