Instructions
- Prepare the filling: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, sharp cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated into a creamy and spicy mixture.
- Assemble the roll ups: Lay out a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about one-quarter of the mixture evenly over the surface of the tortilla, covering it in a thin layer. Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape.
- Chill the rolls: Once rolled, wrap each tortilla log tightly in cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. This allows the filling to firm up for easier slicing.
- Slice and serve: Remove the cling wrap, trim the ends of the roll to even them out, then cut each roll into 1-inch pieces. Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to enjoy.
