- 1 pound fresh salmon (cut into 4 pieces)
Glaze:
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Notes
- For a caramelized finish, you can broil the salmon for the last minute of cooking.
