Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt Butter: Melt the butter in a large, microwave-safe bowl until about 90% melted.
- Combine Ingredients: Whisk in the cold buttermilk. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Bake Biscuits: Drop ¼-cup scoops of biscuit batter on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Make Icing: Melt the remaining butter, whisk in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to form a glaze.
- Drizzle and Serve: Drizzle the biscuits with the icing and serve warm.
