Description

Delicious and tender Air Fryer Ribs with a flavorful spice rub and BBQ glaze, cooked to perfection in an air fryer. These ribs are easy to make and ready in no time!

Pork Spice Rub:

  • 1 rack pork baby back ribs
  • 2 Tablespoons pork spice rub (or mix of 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper)

BBQ Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ribs: Peel off the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. Cut Ribs: Cut the ribs to fit in the air fryer basket.
  3. Season Ribs: Coat the meaty side of the ribs with the spice rub.
  4. Cook Ribs: Set air fryer to 380°F. Cook ribs bone side up for 20 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Check Temperature: Ensure internal temperature reaches 195°F.
  6. Glaze Ribs: Brush the top of ribs with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 3 minutes at 400°F.
