Pork Spice Rub:
- 1 rack pork baby back ribs
- 2 Tablespoons pork spice rub (or mix of 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper)
BBQ Glaze:
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare Ribs: Peel off the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs.
- Cut Ribs: Cut the ribs to fit in the air fryer basket.
- Season Ribs: Coat the meaty side of the ribs with the spice rub.
- Cook Ribs: Set air fryer to 380°F. Cook ribs bone side up for 20 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Check Temperature: Ensure internal temperature reaches 195°F.
- Glaze Ribs: Brush the top of ribs with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 3 minutes at 400°F.
